  1. In HubSpot: Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → Create a private app. Name it Waqi.
  2. Under Scopes, grant crm.objects.contacts.read only.
  3. Create the app and copy the access token (starts pat-).
  4. Paste it into Waqi dashboard → Connectors → HubSpot.
