Is this just ChatGPT with my data?
No — and that difference is the whole product. Public AI tools keep what you paste on their servers, may train on it, and courts have forced them to hand over even deleted chats. Bilazann runs on infrastructure you own: your data stays in your own cloud project, access is read-only, and nothing is ever sent to a public AI.
What does "infrastructure you own" actually mean?
Your numbers live in a Google Cloud project created under your own billing account — you hold the keys, you see every cost, and if we part ways the data and the pipework stay with you. We connect to it read-only. It's an asset you keep, not a subscription that vanishes.
What about data protection law — PDPL, GDPR, and beyond?
Data protection law makes you liable for where your customers' data goes, wherever you operate — UAE PDPL, EU/UK GDPR, US state laws (CCPA/CPRA and others), and Asia-Pacific equivalents (Singapore's PDPA, China's PIPL, and more). Pasting it into a public AI can mean an unlawful cross-border transfer, with real fines attached in every one of those jurisdictions. Bilazann is built so that exposure never happens: your data never leaves your side, and our access is read-only and scoped.
Which tools can you connect to?
Stripe, Shopify, Xero, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, HubSpot, WooCommerce, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and more. A typical start covers the commercial spine: money in (invoices/orders), demand drivers (ad spend), and what sold (products/customers). What does the bot answer with?
Verified facts (the exact metric, table, and timeframe) plus correlated drivers ranked by strength of correlation. "Revenue down 12% — driven by a 31% drop in Product X, correlating with your ad-spend cut." Anything explicitly labeled a hypothesis, not a fact. If a number can't be verified, the bot says so. بلا ظن — without conjecture.
How does onboarding work?
A short discovery chat, a call with us, then a two-part setup you can finish in minutes: a few questions about your business, then connecting your tools with read-only keys. First briefing lands in WhatsApp, Teams, or Slack within days.
What does it cost?

What does "maintenance" actually cover?
Three things, each meaning the same principle — we keep what's already built running correctly: pipeline maintenance (your connectors stay synced, your dbt models stay accurate), bot maintenance (the daily briefing and Q&A keep working on your existing scope), and — if you have the dashboard add-on — dashboard maintenance (your existing Metabase views stay live and connected). What maintenance does NOT cover: new data sources, new metrics, new dashboards/charts, or new user roles. Those are scoped and quoted per request, not bundled into the monthly fee — so asking for something new is always a clear, priced conversation, never scope creep.
If I pay for Tareeq, do I actually own it?
Yes. Your BigQuery project, dbt models, Terraform, and Airbyte configuration are yours from delivery day. You can run them forever without paying us. Amanah is the optional subscription for the living AI (briefings, Q&A, upkeep); if you stop paying Amanah, it goes dark, but you still have everything from Tareeq.
How do I get my data or leave?
The infrastructure is yours from day one, so leaving is simple: we revoke our own access and everything — data, pipelines, history — stays in your cloud project, still working. No export request, no hostage data.
