By using this website or Waqi you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use either.

What this site is

An information and waitlist page for Bilazann's briefings services. Joining the waitlist creates no contract for services, no reserved pricing, and no guarantee of access; briefings services are provided only under a separately signed agreement.

Waqi: what it is

Waqi is a data-masking proxy: it sits between an AI client (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP-compatible client) and the business tools you connect to it, detects sensitive/personal data in the responses, and redacts it before returning a result. It is a detection and redaction layer with an audit trail — it does not decide what actions your AI client is allowed to take with a tool once a response has been filtered, and it is not a permissions or approval system. What your AI client does with a filtered response is your responsibility, not ours.

Waqi: best effort, not a guarantee

Waqi's detection rules are built to catch common categories of sensitive data (card numbers, bank details, government IDs, emails, phone numbers, API keys, and similar) with regularly reviewed patterns. No automated detection system catches everything, and Waqi does not warrant that it will detect or redact every instance of sensitive data in every response. You remain responsible for your own compliance with applicable data protection law.

Waqi: early access

Waqi is currently in early access. Features, connector availability, and pricing may change before general availability, and we will tell you before any change affects an active subscription. Creating an account does not commit you to payment; where a plan requires payment, you will be asked to confirm it separately before any charge is made.

Waqi: your account and connectors

You are responsible for the credentials you connect to Waqi and for keeping your account login secure. Use only credentials you are authorised to provide (for example, a restricted or read-only API key you generated yourself). You may remove a connector or delete your account at any time; doing so deletes the associated stored credential.

Waqi: cancellation

Once paid plans are live, subscriptions are billed in advance and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard; cancelling stops future billing and access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law — see our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual property

All site content — text, the Bilazann and Waqi names and marks, design, and demo material — belongs to Bilazann or its licensors. No licence is granted by viewing the site or using Waqi beyond what's needed to use the service as intended.

No advice, no warranty

Content is provided "as is" for general information. Product descriptions describe intent for services delivered under contract (or, for Waqi, under these terms) and are not a representation about your future results.

Acceptable use

No scraping, disassembly, misrepresentation of affiliation, or interference with the site's or Waqi's operation. For Waqi specifically: no attempting to use the service to process data you are not authorised to access, and no attempting to circumvent or disable its detection.

Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or Waqi, including loss arising from sensitive data that Waqi's detection did not catch. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

This site sets no advertising or profiling cookies. Strictly necessary: minimal technical storage required to make the site and Waqi dashboard function (e.g. form state, login sessions) — these need no consent. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate visit counts; it sets no cookies and stores no data that identifies you personally. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time.
