Connect Trustpilot

API key + OAuth exchange — 10 minutes (or we do it live).

  1. Go to businessapp.b2b.trustpilot.com → Integrations → API keys and create a key — copy the Client ID (API key) and Secret.
  2. Getting an access + refresh token needs one OAuth exchange (not just a click) — happy to do this together on a call.
  3. Your Business Unit domain(s) are listed in your Trustpilot business settings (e.g. mydomain.com).

The OAuth exchange is the only technical step — everything else is copy-paste.
