Connect QuickBooks

OAuth 2.0 app + Intuit Playground — 10 minutes (or we do it live).

  1. Go to developer.intuit.com → My Apps, create (or open) an app, then the Keys & OAuth tab.
  2. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret for your Production keys.
  3. Open the OAuth 2.0 Playground link on that same app page. Sign in with the QuickBooks company you want connected and authorize the app.
  4. The Playground shows your Access Token, Refresh Token, and Realm (Company) ID — copy all three, plus the token expiry timestamp it displays.

The Playground step is the only technical one here — happy to just take it off your hands on a quick call rather than have you run through it solo.
