  1. Go to developer.paypal.com/dashboard → Apps & Credentials.
  2. Make sure you're on the Live tab (not Sandbox), then click Create App. Name it Bilazann.
  3. Copy the Client ID and Secret shown on the app's page (click "Show" to reveal the secret).
