  1. Go to Profile picture (top right) → Profile Settings → API Settings.
  2. Copy your Personal API Key.
  3. Your domain is the FULL domain from your browser address bar when logged in -- e.g. yourcompany.myfreshworks.com (newer accounts) or yourcompany.freshsales.io (older accounts). Not just the subdomain -- the complete domain.
